On January 3, 2014, with the brand new Zhengzhou Fudao Machinery FD830A loaded and shipped to Sichuan area, Zhengzhou Fudao Machinery ushered in the first open door of the new year!

FD830A is a small torque rotary drilling rig developed by our company according to the customer's requirements and combined with our years of experience in developing small torque rotary drilling rigs, customized for the personalized needs of customers in southwest China. The total length of the rig is only 9,000mm and the height of the rig is only 3,340mm, but the drilling depth can reach 35m and the maximum drilling diameter can reach 1.6m, which completely meets the customer's requirements. The maximum drilling diameter can reach 1.6m, which can fully meet the customer's requirements!

FD830A rig adopts three-section folding mast, when transporting, the bottom section mast can be folded up and down, the middle section mast is folded backward, and the top section and forehead are folded to the right; this structure solves the problem of difficulty in fast speed when transporting and working. Secondly, the stability is much higher than that of the four-link mast by adopting the large triangular back structure. The back mast with cross-articulated shaft makes the mast easier to adjust from left to right. The back structure makes the transportation size greatly reduced, thus reducing the transportation difficulty and cost.

The FD830A rotary drilling rig power head adopts the original imported low-speed and high-torque motor, together with the advanced electro-hydraulic proportional control system, which makes the rotary drilling rig more simple and convenient to operate, and more sensitive and stable in action, both at work and during transportation.
