YD series pile driver is a kind of piling machinery which was launched by our company in 2010.
YD series pile driver is a kind of piling machinery newly launched by our company in 2010. According to different hammer head weight levels, there are FDH5, FDH8, FDH10, FDH12
FDH16, FDH20 and other models of pile driver. The hydraulic piling hammer is designed to drive the pile into the ground by lifting the hammer head and dropping the hammer cap and pile quickly through the piston rod of the specially designed hydraulic circuit, which can construct steel pipe piles, square piles and prefabricated piles from φ350mm to 1200mm in diameter. The cylinder has fast oil cylinder and the stroke is automatically adjustable, which can realize light and heavy piling. When the hydraulic piling hammer is removed and replaced with the rotary drilling rig hydraulic power head, pressurized cylinder and telescopic drill pipe and bit, it can become a fully hydraulic rotary drilling rig with drilling depth up to 65m. Folding mast structure is adopted, which is simple and easy to transport. The column and the coupling arm are connected with the cross shaft seat structure, the column can not only be adjusted back and forth, but also can be adjusted left and right to ensure its verticality in uneven ground. The coupling arm and luffing cylinder form a large triangle structure to increase the stability.
